Do I take Insurance?
Yes, I do take insurance. I currently see insurance clients with Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Aetna, and Cigna. I see these clients through Headway. If you would like to schedule using your insurance, please Click Here.
My session rate is $125 per session for out of pocket. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to make sure I am the right fit for you, that can be scheduled by contacting me. All of my contact methods are listed on the contacts page, or you can use the request appointment button at the top of this page to schedule a consultation today!

What is my Cancellation Policy?
I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. My fee for cancelling after the 24 hours notice is $75.
Do I offer in person sessions?
No, I only offer sessions via telehealth for clients located in AZ at this time. If you are looking for an in-person provider, I can offer a referral.
Do I have Weekend Openings?
Yes, I have limited weekend availability at request. Please reach out to me through the contact page to schedule a weekend session.
Do I work with kids?
No, Currently I am open for clients 16 and older.
Can I complete FMLA, Disability Paperwork, or ESA Letters?
No, while important all of these documents are currently out of my scope of practice.
